Competitive rates of pay.
We continuously review our pay rates for the districts we work in. In Wakefield, we currently offer £10.20 per hour as standard and £11.00 per hour on weekends.
We offer mileage at 30 pence per mile and an extra 50 pence per client visit for all our drivers. Holiday pay is accrued by everyone.
Flexible working hours.
We aim to grow our business, based on you. We offer flexible workings hours, and contracts for peace of mind.
Available to all our staff are 143 CPD accredited eLearning modules, plus national standards level two classroom training in:

First Aid at Work
End of Life Care
Health and Safety
Behaviours that Challenge
We also offer diplomas in Level Two, Three and Four Adult Social Care
Pay that suits you.
We can send your payments to you weekly or monthly. Whatever suits you best.

New to care
If you are wanting a career within the care sector but haven't the experience, we offer the industry standard qualification called the Care Certificate. The mandatory training you complete (before you start), plus the on the job experience, all count towards your qualification. After twelve weeks, you'll be assigned to work with a member of our supervisory team who will assess you.
Our care certificate is a recognized award and has a high success rate. It is our job to give you the skills you need and we do this by partnering you with senior care workers.
