Competitive rates of pay
We continuously review our pay rates for the districts we work in, ensuring we pay above the going rate.
We offer mileage at 30 pence per mile and an extra 50 pence per client visit for all our drivers. Holiday pay is accrued by everyone.
Flexible working hours
We aim to grow our business, based on you. We offer flexible workings hours, and two types of contracts for peace of mind.
Available to all our staff are 143 CPD accredited eLearning modules.

Our Recruitment Lead, Carleton has two years experience hiring specifically for the care sector. What that means is he knows how to navigate the complicated questions and processes involved with starting a job in the care industry. Carleton understands the process of hiring local talent and international applicants. Working with Christine our registered manager, a process has been developed to be able to get out local talent out working in as quick as three days (shadow shifts with our experienced teams). International applicants take longer however our companies robust systems and revolutionary technology makes the process run smooth.
