Our Trusted Team
Our values concentrate on exceeding expectations and delivering homecare services which we ourselves would wish to receive. To this end, we carefully select and recruit dedicated and caring individuals who share our ethos.
Following recruitment, we train our care team to the highest possible standards, ensuring they can comfortably perform the duties of their roles. All staff members are DBS checked to an enhanced level and are fully insured with public liability cover.
Our carers will always be appropriately dressed and carry photographic identification badges for additional security and peace of mind.
Academy Care is an ethical employer; people and quality come before profit. To this end, we have a full and ongoing commitment to the wellbeing of our staff. We offer contracted hours – above the National Living Wage, mileage and travel costs, performance-related bonuses as well as Employee Assisted Services.
