We have tried to make our recruitment process as streamline and accessible as possible, if you are interested in a job role with us, then you must fill out one of our application forms which can be found in the job section of our website. We do not accept applications in any other form.
When your application form has been reviewed by our head of recruitment, if it matches what we are looking for in an applicant, he will reach out to organise an interview with you and you can proceed with any further steps if you’re successful with that interview. You do not need to contact us once you have submitted your application form, if you do, your application will be automatically rejected. If you have been waiting for over 14 days, assume that your application has been rejected as we don’t think we are the right match for one another, you can reapply after 6 months.
Our head office is extremely busy providing excellent care to our clients and organising the incredible 2500 hours of care that we provide for the Wakefield district per week. This means that we have not got the time to be filtering through emails and answering phone calls about the recruitment process. All of the information that you will need is on the website under Jobs, and we have a recruiter, working outside of the office who will be in touch if they need anything from you, calling and emailing us will result in your application being rejected.
It is also imperative that you are honest with your application, we do complete formal checks on all of our applicants before they work for us, therefore being dishonest or not disclosing the appropriate information that we have requested will only hinder your application and chances of working for Academy Care Ltd.
