What a momentous achievement
January 2021 was a landmark moment for Academy Care Ltd, with senior personnel changing within the company, meetings were held with the workforce to find out what direction they would like to see the company move in. Many of our staff commented that they would like the opportunity to further develop there skills. Resources were committed and in March 2021 Academy Care Ltd partnered with Lifetime
Training to enable us to provide diplomas to our workforce. This continuing professional development would see our team be able to undertake diplomas in:
• Level Two Adult Care Worker
• Level Three Lead Adult Care Worker
• Level Four Practitioner of Adult Care
• Level Five Leader in adult care
Fast forwarding to September 2022; Courtney M is officially our company's first member of staff to complete an advanced diploma. Completing an Adult Care Worker course.
By achieving her qualification we move forward another step in providing unparalleled care to our service users. Passing her qualification Courtney has enhanced her knowledge, skills, confidence, and behaviors towards those who she supports.
Academy Care cannot be any prouder of the achievement Courtney has reached.
