Welcome to the onbaording process for Academy Care Ltd. You have been sent access to this webpage, to allow you to complete our mandatory paperwork.
Stage one
Your journey has started with Academy Care. You may have already completed the application form - that is fine; we do not need you to complete this again.
Please complete the other sections - "Stage One Paperwork" and "Reference Consent Form".

Stage two
Now you have completed the paperwork included in stage one. Your application will be assessed by our recruitment team. If you meet our recruitment standards, a member of the recrutiment team will be in touch. You will be invited to a Teams meeting. At this time we cannot accept google meet, zoom or any other platform.
During the Microsoft Teams meeting you will be asked a series of questions about you, your work history and scenario based questions. These questions are used to assess your suitability at Academy Care Ltd. Think of this as a time to sell yourself to us.
It is crucial that during your interview you maintain a strong internet connection. Failure to finish the interview will result in failing our recruitment process. Expected attire is smart casual.
The interview will last approx. 45 minutes
Stage three
Stage three is compiled of our stage two paperwork. You will need to complete this paperwork for our internal compliance standards.
Stage four
If you've made it this far - you're just about working for us. We have a few more docuemnts that we need you to sign.
Employee contract of work (International contract - 38 hours or 48)
Tenancy agreement - Sent out by EE47 Properties
When these documents are returned, you will be sent a welcome pack from our recruitment team (PDF). This will tell you more about Academy Care, and also a certification, highlighting that we are ready for you to come to the United Kingdom and start working as a Professional Care Worker (Domiciliary).
