Academy Care Ltd prides itself on the training we offer our inductees and our active community teams. Our vision is to provide unparreled service in the care sector, so we decided early on in 2022, that any training we offer our teams, should be regulated and accreddited. To meet our target, we partned with varies industry leading companies.

Lifetime Training
Lifetime Training are our partners in upskilling community and administration teams. In April 2021 we enrolled our first delegate onto a Diplima, and since then have enrolled all members of our team who have shown interest.
Lifetime Training offer us Diplomas in:
Level Two Adult Care Worker
Level Three Lead Adult Care Worker
Level Four Praictiiourer in Adult Care
Level Five Leader of Adult Social Care
Level Three Business Administration.
We offer these courses to our whole team, free of charge. Each course seeks to develop the skills of our team and ensure our staff are the best they can be while providing Person Centred Care.
Curve Learning and Development
Curve Learning and Development are a specalist in providing skills for endorsed Health and Social Care training. We have been working with Curve since the start of 2020. We sent delegates to there training facility in Horbury to learn skills around First Aid and Moving and Handling. Since the end of 2021, we have developed our own training team through the unique train the trainer programme that Curve offer.
Through our relationship with Curve Learning and Development we have our own onsite training team. Curve Learning and Development have allowed us to organically grow a training team who specalise in Moving and Handling, First Aid at Work, Medication Awareness, Dementia Awareness, End of Life care, Health and Safety and Behaviours that Challenge.
Our trainers follow a weekly training scedule which provides our community teams with national level two training standards.
